California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Rights Request

Use this form to exercise your California privacy rights if you don't have an active OpinionRush account, can't sign in, or are an authorized agent submitting on a consumer's behalf. Signed-in users can exercise these rights directly from Settings → Privacy.

We'll send a verification link to the email you provide. You must click it within 24 hours to confirm the request is yours. We then fulfill verified requests within 45 days, as required by California law.

Must match the email on your account (if applicable). We verify every request via email before acting.

Authorized agents: we require a notarized power of attorney under California Probate Code §§ 4000–4465 OR a valid California Secretary of State business-entity registration demonstrating authority. Email the supporting documents to support@opinionrush.com after submitting this form. Per 11 CCR § 7063 we also verify the consumer's identity directly.

Identity verification: for email-only requests we may ask you to confirm two or more data points tied to your account (signup date, approximate last-used IP region, recent cashout amount) before we fulfill.
