Financial Incentive Notice

This notice describes the financial incentive program offered by OpinionRush, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), §1798.125(b).

1. What the Incentive Is

OpinionRush pays you in coins in exchange for sharing demographic information (via our profiler) and for completing partner surveys. Coins convert to real money at a fixed rate: 100 coins = $1. You can withdraw earned coins once your balance reaches 1,000 coins, which pays out as $10 via our payment processor (the specific provider is listed at /privacy/vendors).

Your participation in this incentive program is optional. If you choose to participate, the demographic information you provide is used to match you with relevant surveys and earning opportunities.

2. Material Terms

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and maintain only one account. Multi-accounting voids earned balances.

How coins are earned: Completing partner surveys, completing the profiler, and claiming periodic bonuses (login streaks, referrals, milestones). Specific coin values are displayed at the point of each activity.

How coins are redeemed: Once your balance reaches 1,000 coins, you can request a $10 cashout from your dashboard. Cashouts are paid via our payment processor to the email address you provide at cashout time. Additional cashouts are available at each 1,000-coin threshold.

Hold periods: All surveys are subject to a hold period before being eligible for cashout. Coins are credited immediately to your pending balance but become eligible for cashout typically 14 days after completion. Some specific surveys may carry a longer or shorter hold as set by the partner; the applicable period is shown on the survey's start screen when it differs from the default. This delay accommodates the partner's post-completion quality and validation review process and helps protect the program against fraud.

3. Good-Faith Value Estimate of Consumer Data

We estimate the value of a completed demographic profile at approximately $0.50–$5.00, based on typical market rates for demographic targeting data from the survey-research industry. Coins paid (up to $10 per cashout) substantially exceed this estimate to preserve a margin and incentivize long-term participation.

4. Method of Calculation

Calculated using publicly reported survey-industry CPMs (cost per thousand impressions) and the typical number of surveys a complete demographic profile enables.

5. Right to Opt Out

You may withdraw from the financial incentive at any time by deleting your account via Settings → Privacy, or by emailing support@opinionrush.com. Coins earned before withdrawal are not retroactively deducted; pending balances remain cashable under the terms above.

6. No Discrimination

Declining to provide demographic information does not prevent you from using the Service, but may reduce the number of surveys you match with. We do not degrade service quality, access speed, or payout rate based on your participation in the incentive program.
